The Field Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers and prospects. Field marketers are liaisons between buyers and sellers, as they provide valuable information about products and services to consumers and prospects. They overlap marketing and sales to foster human relationships through in-person communication and the distribution of marketing collateral in order to drive sales.  These responsibilities result in lead generation and pipeline growth.

The Marketing team is very close-knit and enthusiastic; therefore, the successful applicant must be an excellent team-player, personable and a self-starter—hard-working and always ready to pitch in to help others. It will be necessary to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines in a very fast-paced environment. Domestic travel is occasional and may be required to support the event team and gather and process content for social media and online use. We’re seeking someone that’s excited about helping TenFour capitalize on market opportunities and find our target audience with compelling and convincing content.

This role must develop robust knowledge of all TenFour platforms and services. The primary objective of the Field Marketing Analyst is to encourage prospects and customers to engage on a deeper level with TenFour.  This role supports various other sales and marketing activities, as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaison between sales and marketing to ensure through development of product content and marketing materials.
  • Execute a demand generation plan for their assigned sales territory, through a number of marketing channels including but not limited to: field marketing events (CxO events), tradeshows (some domestic travel may be required), sales collateral, account-based efforts, prospect targeting, and more.
  • Design, implement, and execute field marketing campaigns that promote business expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop necessary literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
Job Skill Requirements
  • Outstanding communication, writing and presentation skills with a keen ability to translate complex technical information into intuitive content and materials.
  • Successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas through custom and personalized field marketing strategies and tactics.
  • A minimum of 1- 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience with at least 1 year field marketing experience.
  • Collaborative team player who’s open to feedback and able to maintain a sense of humor and positive attitude even under pressure.
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience collecting information from a variety of sources to create a coherent singular document.
  • A flexible skillset capable of creative thinking, analytical problem solving, and solution designing.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong project organization and planning abilities.
  • Superior time management skills, equipped to work in a fast-paced & changeable environment. 
  • Quick, adaptive learner with a passion for discovering new industry and marketing ideas.
  • Familiar with demand generation tactics and utilities (LinkedIn, AdWords, etc.), as well as social media best practices.
  • Ability to comfortably interface and develop strong working relationships with colleagues from across the company, including upper management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Marketing, Communications or a related field; additional technical degrees and training are a plus.
  • Preferred: At least 1-2 years of experience within the IT industry.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, for example).
