Account Manager

This is a fast-paced, challenging sales role for someone with two or three years’ experience in sales, customer relations or new business development. We are looking for dynamic, energetic people comfortable working with our customers to help grow our services with mid-sized to Fortune 2000 companies. You are a strong team player with a great attitude. Working with a dedicated team of service and engineering support staff, you will be responsible for retaining and growing business for our IT infrastructure utility service, as well as consultative and product sales. Industry and product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Uncovers, develops, and grows strong relations in mid-size to large companies focused at the client director level
  • Speaks with authority and confidence on TenFour’s technical service offerings
  • Persuades and convinces IT directors of the valueand intelligence of TenFour’s offerings
  • Works with a team of dedicated analysts and engineers in preparing and presenting a sales pitch to a client
  • Re-enforces the value of the client’s decision to go with TenFour
  • Maintains a solid and viable sales funnel

Skills

  • Two to three years’ experience working with IT Directors, VPs and/or C-level executives in an account management, sales or new business development role
  • Some experience with standard contact management, CRM, and sales management tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to a set sales quota
  • Ability to comfortably discuss and present complex technical subjects with senior IT management
  • College degree (BS or MS)
  • Superior time management, organization and planning skills
  • Must be willing to learn and strive to improve
  • Passion, energy and a sense of humor
